Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: Dolmen Yazılım & Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti., Sultan Selim Mah. Eski Büyükdere Cad. No:61/2, Kağıthane / İstanbul, Türkiye — info@fetviewer.com.
Buyer: the user who purchases a subscription on fetviewer.com.

2. Subject of the agreement

This agreement governs the sale of digital subscription services offered on fetviewer.com, in accordance with applicable consumer protection and distance sales regulations.

3. Services and pricing

FET Viewer offers the following plans. Each plan period is a one-time payment. The prices are in euro (EUR) and do not include VAT:

• Basic — €9 / month or €90 / year
• Pro — €14 / month or €135 / year
• Max — €24 / month or €230 / year
• Enterprise — by a personal offer, with the period and price in the offer

A free plan is always available with no payment required. The subscription page shows the prices and plan features at the time of purchase. Prices can change for future plan periods.

4. Payment

Our payment provider, iyzico, processes the card payment. You enter your card details on the provider's secure page. We do not store them. If your billing address is in Türkiye, you pay in Turkish lira (TL). We convert the euro price at the euro selling rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TCMB) for that day, round it up to a whole lira, and add 20% VAT (KDV). The payment page shows the rate and the total before you pay. For a billing address in any other country, you pay in euro, and the VAT is 0%.

5. Delivery of service

The subscription is a digital service. Access to the corresponding plan features is activated immediately upon successful payment; there is no physical delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

Where applicable consumer law grants a withdrawal (cooling-off) period, it is set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Because the subscription is a digital service that begins immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply once you have expressly consented to immediate access and the service has started, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Cancellation and renewal

There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. You can choose not to renew at any time. Your plan features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, the account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. If the account has more timetables than the Free plan allows, all of them open in view and print only until you renew. On the Free plan, a timetable is kept for 120 days after its last edit. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the refund rules.

8. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the competent courts and consumer arbitration committees of İstanbul, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in the buyer's country of residence.
