Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: Dolmen Yazılım & Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti., Sultan Selim Mah. Eski Büyükdere Cad. No:61/2, Kağıthane / İstanbul, Türkiye — info@fetviewer.com.
Buyer: the user who purchases a subscription on fetviewer.com.

2. Subject of the agreement

This agreement governs the sale of digital subscription services offered on fetviewer.com, in accordance with applicable consumer protection and distance sales regulations.

3. Services and pricing

FET Viewer offers the following subscription plans, billed in Euro (EUR):

• Basic — €9 / month or €90 / year
• Pro — €14 / month or €135 / year
• Max — €24 / month or €230 / year

A free plan is also available with no payment required. Prices and plan features are displayed on the subscription page at the time of purchase and may be updated for future billing periods.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, PayTR. Card details are entered on the provider's secure interface and are not stored by us. Charges are made in EUR for the selected billing period.

5. Delivery of service

The subscription is a digital service. Access to the corresponding plan features is activated immediately upon successful payment; there is no physical delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

Where applicable consumer law grants a withdrawal (cooling-off) period, it is set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Because the subscription is a digital service that begins immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply once you have expressly consented to immediate access and the service has started, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Cancellation and renewal

Subscriptions are renewed manually — there is no automatic recurring charge. You may choose not to renew at any time. When a paid period ends without renewal, the account is downgraded to read-only/free access. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

8. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the competent courts and consumer arbitration committees of İstanbul, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in the buyer's country of residence.
