Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

FET Viewer offers the Basic, Pro and Max plans for 1 month or 1 year, and the Enterprise plan by a personal offer. Each plan period is a one-time payment. A free plan is always available.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Because renewals are manual (there is no automatic recurring charge), you simply choose not to renew. Your plan features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, the account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. If the account has more timetables than the Free plan allows, all of them open in view and print only until you renew. On the Free plan, a timetable is kept for 120 days after its last edit.

3. Refunds

• Enterprise plan: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the payment, if you have not used the plan.
• If you are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been substantially used after you consented to immediate access.
• Once a digital subscription has been activated and used, refunds for the remainder of a billing period are at our reasonable discretion.
• We do not provide partial refunds for unused time after a period has begun, except where required by law.

4. How to request a refund

Email info@fetviewer.com from your account email address, including your username and the date of purchase.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment provider (iyzico), typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
