Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

FET Viewer offers Basic, Pro and Max subscription plans, billed monthly or yearly in EUR. A free plan is always available.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Because renewals are manual (there is no automatic recurring charge), you simply choose not to renew. Your plan features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account is downgraded to free, read-only access.

3. Refunds

• If you are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been substantially used after you consented to immediate access.
• Once a digital subscription has been activated and used, refunds for the remainder of a billing period are at our reasonable discretion.
• We do not provide partial refunds for unused time after a period has begun, except where required by law.

4. How to request a refund

Email info@fetviewer.com from your account email address, including your username and the date of purchase.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment provider (PayTR), typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
