Personal Data Protection Policy (KVKK)

2. Method and legal basis of collection

Your personal data may be collected through:

• Visiting the website fetviewer.com
• Registering on the site
• Contacting us via email, phone, messaging applications, forms or live support
• Becoming a party to contracts related to site activities

Data is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, including your explicit consent, the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract, compliance with our legal obligations, and our legitimate interests.

3. Purposes of processing

• Providing and operating our services
• Responding to requests and complaints
• Detecting and fixing software errors
• Statistical evaluation and market research
• Legal compliance and information security
• Preventing malicious or unlawful use
• Marketing activities, where permitted
• Sending service-related messages and, where permitted, product announcements by email, and measuring whether an announcement was opened or its links followed
• Processing payments and keeping subscription and accounting records
• Product/service offers and customer analysis

4. Security measures

We implement appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unlawful access, loss or alteration.

5. Data transfers

Data may be shared with the service providers that make the site work, in accordance with applicable law and their respective privacy terms:

• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — traffic and usage analytics, only where you have accepted analytics cookies.
• Google AdSense — advertising shown to visitors who are not on a paid plan.
• iyzico — payment processing for paid plans, with your name and billing address. Card details are entered on iyzico's own secure form; we do not receive or store your card number.
• Our e-invoice system and the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB) — the details on your invoice, because Turkish law requires an electronic invoice for each sale.
• AI companies (for example Google Gemini, OpenRouter, Groq, Mistral or DeepSeek) — only when you choose to send a question and a summary of your timetable through the AI assistant, and only after you agree.
• Our email delivery provider — the address a message is sent to, so it can be delivered.
• Our hosting provider — which stores the data described in this notice on our behalf.

Some of these providers are located outside Türkiye; such transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

You have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information about the processing
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to outcomes resulting from automated processing
• Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
