Billing

Payments here are one-off purchases of a period of access — nothing renews on its own, and nothing is charged again unless you choose to.

Paying for a plan buys a stretch of access. That is the whole model, and it is worth stating before anything else because it is not how most software is sold.

Nothing renews by itself

There is no recurring charge. Your card is charged once, for the period you chose, and never again unless you deliberately buy more.

You do not need to cancel anything to stop paying. Before the period ends you are sent a reminder, and renewing is a decision you make rather than one that is made for you.

"1 month" and "1 year" are lengths, not intervals

When you choose between them you are choosing how long the access lasts, not how often you are billed. A year is a single payment covering a year, which works out cheaper per month than buying a month at a time — the store shows the comparison.

Paying

Choose a plan and a length on the plans page and you are taken to a secure checkout. When the payment clears, the plan is active immediately and a receipt is emailed to you.

Each card states the length it covers and says no auto-renew under the price, so nothing is taken from your card again unless you choose to buy another period.

Changing plan partway through

Moving to a higher plan starts a fresh period from the day you buy it, and the value remaining on your current plan is credited against the price, so you are not paying twice for the same days.

Moving to a lower plan is not possible while your current plan is active. Let the current plan end first, or contact us.

Buying more of the plan you already have extends what you have: the new period is added to your existing expiry rather than replacing it. Renewing early costs you nothing in lost time.

Where to check your status

My plan & billing shows your current plan, how many days of access are left, and the date it runs until. Below that is your payment history — every payment with its date, plan, length, amount and status.

Your history is a record of what happened, not a view of today's prices. Each row shows the amount you actually paid, in the currency you paid it in, and names the plan as it was sold to you. If prices or plan names change later, past payments and receipts are unaffected.

When access ends

Your paid allowances stay for 7 days after the period ends. After that, your account returns to the free plan's allowances. The features and capacities of the paid plan are not available until you buy another period.

Nothing is deleted when this happens, but some things are limited:

  • If you own more timetables than the free plan permits, all of them open in view and print only. Editing comes back when you are within the limit again.
  • If a timetable has more activities than the free plan permits, the extra activities are hidden, not deleted. They come back when you buy another period.

Timetables on the free plan are kept for a limited period rather than indefinitely — see Plans and limits for how that period is counted and where the app shows it, and the plans page for the current terms. If a lapse is temporary and you want to be certain nothing is affected, buying another period before it ends is the safe route, and a backup or a downloaded .fet is your own copy regardless.

Refunds and problems

If a payment did not complete but your card was charged, or a receipt did not arrive, use the contact form with the order reference from your receipt email.
