What a free account gives you
What you can do with no account at all, what a free account adds, and the one thing people are most often surprised to find is free.
There are three steps here, not two: no account, a free account, and a paid plan. The first step does more than people expect.
With no account at all
You can check a FET file. Go to fetviewer.com/check, drop a .fet file, and read the report. Nothing is saved and nothing is asked of you.
You can ask the assistant about it, if you run the model yourself — in your browser, or on your own computer. Both are free and neither needs an account.
What you cannot do without an account is keep anything. There is nowhere to put a timetable, so there is nothing to come back to.
What a free account adds
A free account is for keeping timetables and sharing them.
- 2 timetables.
- 75 activities in each.
- Kept 120 days after your last edit.
- 1 backup for each timetable.
- 1 embed and 1 signage screen.
- Export as PNG.
- Your own provider key for the assistant.
⚠ A free account shows advertisements. Every paid plan removes them.
The one that surprises people
Bring-your-own-key costs nothing here. If you already have a key from an AI company, a free account is enough to use it. You pay that company for what you use, and we charge nothing for the connection.
It does not appear when you are signed out. That is the only reason it needs an account.
What a paid plan is actually for
More room, and fewer limits: more timetables, far more activities in each, no retention deadline while you subscribe, more backups, co-scheduling links, and no advertisements.
