The dashboard
Your list of timetables, what each card tells you at a glance, and the plan chip that decides whether you can add another one.
The dashboard is the page you land on after signing in. It lists every timetable you can open — the ones you own and the ones someone has given you access to — and it is where new ones are created.
The plan chip
Next to the My Timetables heading sits a small chip showing your current plan and how many timetables you are using out of your allowance.

The plan chip: your plan, and how much of its timetable allowance is in use.
It is placed there deliberately: that allowance decides whether New Timetable will work, and a limit should be visible before you reach for the action it limits. When you are at the allowance the chip says so, and the New Timetable button offers an upgrade instead of the create form — rather than letting you fill the form in and then refusing to save it.
On a paid plan the chip also shows how long your access still runs. Its link goes to the plans page if you are on the free plan, or to your own plan and billing page if you are not.
The timetable cards
Each timetable is one card.

A card shows the essentials before you open anything.
The icon is your institution's logo if one is set, and a coloured monogram of the timetable's name if not. The colour is derived from the timetable itself, so a card keeps the same colour as you page through the list.
Below the name, small chips summarise the timetable: how many activities it holds, how many teachers it has, and how long ago it was last changed.
A further chip appears only when it has something to say. If your plan keeps timetables for a set period and this one is near the end of its period, the chip counts the days down; once the period has passed it says the timetable can be removed. It appears on timetables you own, not on ones shared with you, and the rule behind it is stated in full above the list. See Plans and limits for how the period is counted.
Clicking the card opens the timetable in the app view. The two buttons along the bottom split that: Open goes to the same place, and Data goes straight to the data editor.
The card menu
The ⋯ button on a card opens its menu:
- Open timetable — the app view, for reading and rearranging the week.
- Manage data — the data editor, for teachers, subjects, rooms, activities and constraints.
- Clone — an independent copy, with a chooser for how much to bring. At your plan's timetable limit this offers an upgrade instead, rather than failing after you have filled the form in.
- Merge into this — brings another timetable's content into this one. See Merging two timetables.
- Settings & sharing — the timetable's own settings, including share links.
- Rename — opens the same settings panel, focused on the name.
- Delete — removes the timetable. This asks for confirmation first.
On a timetable that has been shared with you rather than owned by you, the menu stops after Manage data — the rest are the owner's to use.
The rest of the toolbar
Try Demo opens a sample timetable that nobody has to own — useful for showing someone what the interface does.
Download CSV Template gives you a sample spreadsheet in the layout the importer expects: one school week, 60 lessons for 2 classes. Put your own lessons in it and upload it, rather than building a timetable by hand.
New Timetable creates one, either empty or from a file.
When the list gets long
The dashboard shows a fixed number of cards per page. Beyond that a pager appears, along with a line telling you which range of the total you are looking at. Moving between pages swaps the grid in place rather than reloading the whole page.
